Terms of Service

By engaging NexFlowsTech's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

NexFlowsTech provides done-for-you AI automation services including chatbot setup, lead generation automation, workflow automation, and content automation. All services are delivered as described in the agreed package (Starter, Growth, or Scale).

2. Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due before work commences.
Some automations may require ongoing 3rd-party API costs (e.g. OpenAI, WhatsApp Business) which are your responsibility. We will advise you of these before starting.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines (7, 14, or 21 days) begin after the onboarding call and receipt of all required access and API credentials from you. Delays caused by missing information from the client will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Ownership

All automations are built within your own n8n account and tools. Upon delivery, you own the workflows entirely. NexFlowsTech does not retain ongoing access to your systems unless agreed separately.

5. Refund Policy

If we cannot deliver the agreed automation within the specified timeline due to our fault, we will offer a 100% refund. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind or delays caused by client failure to provide required assets or API access.

6. Liability

NexFlowsTech is not liable for indirect losses, business disruptions, or third-party service outages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
