NexFlowsTech ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g. Cal.com for scheduling, MailerLite for email) only as needed to deliver our services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website traffic and performance, such as page views, referring websites, approximate location, device type, and page-load performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

Our website is prepared for Google Analytics 4 (GA4), but GA4 is not currently enabled. If we enable it, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required for the regions we serve before collection begins. GA4 may use first-party cookies and collect information such as page paths, interaction events, campaign parameters, approximate location, and browser or device information.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form responses, diagnostic answers, booking details, or free text to analytics services.

5. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, you have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at customer@nexflowstech.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
